Tips and Tricks for common colds and bugs

You know the feeling you are always getting that under the weather feeling ranging from a mild cold or cough to a nasty infection or a pain that wouldn’t go away.

Here are some tips from The Fun Place.

Get lots of vitamin c to help you fight colds, coughs and infections. You can vitamin c from fruit juice, oranges and vegetables.

Do you get nighttime cramps? Make sure getting enough calcium

Make your soup to help prevent otsteoprosis

Wrapping a cold flannel or towel can relieve some headaches

Avoid reading, watching tv, using a computer if you have a headache. Just rest and relax.

Make sure you get 8-9 hours of sleep a night.

Relax before you go to sleep, watch something relaxing but not stimulating.

Avoid coffee, tea, coco cola and cigarettes before bed.

Start to slow down if you are feeling exhausted and get lots of rest.

Drink lots of water

Always take with you some alcohol wipes, you never know what people have touched.

If you have chronic pain don’t over do it and make sure you do some form of light exercise.
